Our Approach to Aesthetic Care
Master Aesthetic Institute was created from my belief that patients deserve something more personal than a rushed treatment or one-size-fits-all approach to aesthetics and healthcare.
After more than two decades working with patients in aesthetics, injectables, and plastic-surgery-related care, I saw an opportunity to build a practice centered around the relationships I value most—listening to patients, understanding what they truly want, educating them about their options, and creating thoughtful treatment plans rather than simply performing procedures.
Master Aesthetic Institute represents the next chapter of my journey: bringing cosmetics, wellness, education, and personalized healthcare together in one intimate practice.
Pamela Moore
I am Pamela A. Moore, DNP, MSN, BSN, FNP-BC, an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and State of Florida Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 32 years of nursing experience, including over 22 years specializing in aesthetics and plastic-surgery-related care. I am a master aesthetic injector with extensive experience in cosmetic injectables and comprehensive aesthetic treatment.
I spent nearly 10 years at Mayo Clinic as a Nurse Practitioner, where I contributed to the development of The Cosmetic Center at Mayo Clinic. I was the first Nurse Practitioner hired for the Cosmetic Center and, during my time there, achieved the academic rank of Instructor of Plastic Surgery.
I currently serve as an adjunct professor at Jacksonville University, teaching at both the master’s and doctoral levels within the nursing program.
Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in patient assessment, facial aesthetics, injectable treatments, treatment planning, patient education, safety, and building lasting relationships with my patients. But just as important as my clinical experience is the way I believe patients should feel when they are in my care.
Every patient should feel heard, respected, educated, and comfortable. I want you to leave knowing that my recommendations were made because they are appropriate for you, not because I wanted to sell you another treatment. Whether your journey involves aesthetics, wellness, or primary care, my goal is for you to feel that you have a provider who knows you, listens to you, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals.
My approach is rooted in clinical expertise, honesty, and individualized care, with an emphasis on helping each patient feel confident in both their treatment decisions and their care.
